Order Processing Time
Our custom shoes are handmade to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare and craft your order before it is dispatched. Digital files are available for instant download immediately after payment.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Physical orders are shipped from our production facility in Vietnam via trackable international shipping. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 8-10 business days.
Total estimated time (processing + shipping): approximately 13-17 business days. Delivery times may occasionally be longer during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Customs & Import Duties
Depending on your destination country, import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
